    A facilitated team building workshop could be for you.

    This workshop will help your team flesh out for themselves what team work looks like, why it is important, and why each person – with their own skills, personalities and strengths - is important to the team success.

  • Each of us have our own CORE values. They are our inherent preferences, assumptions and beliefs which we are often unconscious of. Consequently, we can be unaware of how they shape our behaviour and our view of life.

    Our individual core values are the basis upon which we make most of our decisions and choices, AND they are often at the root of interpersonal tension and conflict.

    This workshop looks at how core values are formed, allows time for each person to consider their own, and consequently how they interplay and impact their responses to other people and situations, both professionally and personally.

  • Where there are people, there will likely be conflict. But conflict doesn’t need to result in low morale, low productivity or resentment.

    If handled effectively, conflict can actually provide opportunities to learn new skills and develop problem-solving abilities.

    Using key frameworks, team discussion, and role play activities, this workshop aims to increase:

    -Understanding of the key causes of interpersonal conflict

    -The awareness of how reactions and responses can help or hinder true conflict resolution

    -Personal & team capacity to effectively communicate and understand the issues at hand, before issues arise.

    It can also be difficult to know how to even begin to solve a problem and then make a decision.

    With the aim of illustrating that there is no ‘one-size fits all’ method of solving problems or making decisions, this workshop will give team members creative tools and helpful frameworks, practiced in interactive group activities, to ensure they are equipped to use in various situations, both professionally and personally.

  • Feedback is vital for effective teamwork and a healthy organisational culture.

    Being afraid of feedback creates a culture of avoiding it until it’s too late.

    Many teams and organisations suffer due to leaders and peers lacking understanding or skills in the benefit and art of giving and receiving feedback.

    In this workshop participants will gain a greater understanding in why feedback is crucial, and expand their knowledge and skills in how to effectively incorporate feedback as a healthy and normal part of working in a team.

  • As leaders of teams, we hear all sorts of words used to describe how we should lead, direct and manage people. What do they all mean? How are they different? How do we know when to use them, and with whom?

    This workshop explores the specifics of mentoring and coaching, and the skills and techniques of effective delegation. Participants will use different frameworks in order to learn how to effectively lead team members needing different levels of management.

Fee Structure

The base rate for Facilitation and Training services is $150 per hour, however a package quote will be given once we have had a discovery conversation to find out how I can best add value to your particular situation.
